Items that are returned undeliverable will be re-sent the cheapest way after we receive confirmed address. We may request additional shipping. Otherwise, we'll refund you the item price, but not S&H charges.

Once your order has left our facilities, we are no longer responsible for the shipping time. For example, If your order was Rush next day, the time starts from the time the package was dropped off. We will do everything in our power to make sure your order will be delivered next day. However, if there was a delay in your order by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for the delay. If we cannot put your order in the carriers hand in time, we’ll contact you.

Rush orders must be received before 9pm ET that night in order for it to be shipped next day. For example, if your order was placed by 9pm ET Sunday night, your order will be shipped Monday, and will be delivered Tuesday. We cannot ship on the same day you placed your order. However there might be exceptions, please contact us.
