⚠️ Hardware Modification Disclaimer

Important Terms of Service

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read the disclaimers in our product descriptions and agree to the following:

  • Warranty Voidance: This modification will void your original manufacturer's warranty.
  • Warranty Coverage: We provide a 1-year warranty on our modification only. This warranty does not cover your original device or its internal hardware.
  • Repair Policy: If a defect is found in our workmanship, we will repair the modification. However, if issues related to the original hardware persist, the device will be returned to you as-is.

🔊 THE BOTTOM LINE

You accept the risk that your device could become permanently inoperable. The manufacturer will not repair it, and we do not repair original hardware. If you are not comfortable with this risk, please do not purchase this service.

⚠️ Critical Shipping Warning

You are responsible for ensuring your device reaches us safely. You must ensure our address is entered 100% correctly. Incomplete addresses often cause carriers to mis-deliver packages to neighboring businesses. If this happens, your tracking will show "Delivered," but we will not have your device. We are not liable for items lost due to address errors and are only responsible for items once they are physically in our possession.

💻 Virtual Mac Rental — Remote Mac Mini Service

You will receive the latest terms upon subscription. Key points include:

  • Dedicated Hardware: You receive a physical Mac Mini instance hosted in the United States, provisioned exclusively for your use.
  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but access continues through the end of the paid term.
  • Restarts: One complimentary manual restart per rental term. Optional virtual power control and KVM access available for an additional fee.
  • Acceptable Use: No illegal activity, torrenting, crypto-mining, or abusive resource usage. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • iCloud / Apple ID Restrictions: You must not sign into iCloud or enable Find My Mac on the admin account. Doing so can trigger Activation Lock, permanently locking us out of our own hardware. Violation is a material breach and may result in termination plus financial liability for full hardware replacement cost. You may sign into your own personal user account for services that do not affect hardware control.
  • Admin Access: You may not change or delete admin passwords or take any action that prevents Provider from accessing the device.
  • Data: Provider is not responsible for Customer data. All data may be deleted upon termination to reset the instance for future use.
  • Liability: Services are provided "AS IS." Provider's liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 3 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Governing Law: State of Florida. Jurisdiction: Orange County, FL.
  • Network Maintenance: Scheduled updates occur on weekends during early AM hours. Contact us if this is a concern.
