Returns Policy

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items
If your item arrives with obvious damage (such as a broken cable or cracked casing) or was packaged incorrectly, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. For damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA) items, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost once the original item has been returned to us. If an item is missing components, we will ship the missing parts at no extra charge.

If you prefer a refund for a damaged item, we will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping and handling charges, provided we are notified within the 3-day window. Please note that this does not apply to orders placed in error (e.g., ordering the wrong model or expecting a different product).

Technical Support & Communication Window
We strive to resolve all technical issues promptly. However, please note that if we are contacted regarding technical issues more than 45 days after the date of delivery, we may not provide a reply or further technical assistance. We encourage all customers to test their equipment immediately upon receipt.

Warranty & Exclusions
We reserve the right as the final authority on whether a product will be repaired, replaced (with an equivalent or better model), or refunded. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, modified, repaired, or abused. Additionally, items that have been customized in a way that voids the original factory warranty are non-returnable.

Return Shipping
For non-obvious defects (items that appear fine but fail to function upon installation) or issues resulting from external factors and unforeseen circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fees for shipping and handling to our facility are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Policy
You may return new, unused purchases within 30 days.

  • Sealed Items: Items originally sold in sealed blister packs or protective wrapping must remain unopened. If the seal or wrap is tampered with, the item is considered used and is ineligible for return. Do not remove protective wraps until you are certain you are keeping the item.
  • Unsealed Items: If the item did not originally have protective wrapping, it must be in brand-new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Refund Tiers

  • Within 3 Days of Delivery: Full refund of the item price plus original shipping and handling.
  • 4 to 30 Days after Delivery: Refund of the item price only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Beyond 30 Days: At our discretion, we may offer either a store credit or a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable transaction fees (e.g., PayPal fees). Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.
